Description

The AAT Level 2 Certificate in Bookkeeping will supply you with a firm grounding in bookkeeping essentials, such as processing different types of transactions and checking the accuracy of invoices. You’ll also take your bookkeeping knowledge to the next level as you begin to study the draft trial balance stage.

During the AAT Level 3 Certificate in Bookkeeping course, you’ll cover year-end adjustments and how to produce a final trial balance. You’ll also develop the skills to prepare and submit tax returns and how to conduct various payroll procedures, calculations and administration tasks.

The first part of this combined qualification, the AAT Level 2 Certificate in Bookkeeping consists of two separate units. They are:

  • Introduction to Bookkeeping
  • Principles of Bookkeeping Controls

The second part of this combined qualification, the AAT Level 3 Certificate in Bookkeeping course also consists of two separate units. They are:

  • Preparing Financial Statements
  • Tax Processes for Businesses
